Terms
Plain-language terms for the Commerce Agent private beta, operated by Dubstream. Formal terms ship before general availability.
- The deal. Plans start with a 14-day free trial, then bill at the rate of the plan you choose as published on the pricing page (currently Core, Operator, and Agency tiers; that page is authoritative for current pricing), invoiced during the beta. No card required to start. Cancel anytime — no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
- Your data stays yours. You grant us access to your Amazon data solely to run the product for you. Credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and you can disconnect anytime. Billing cancellation and workspace deletion are separate: an owner deletion request is subject to the Privacy page’s containment, retention, hold, provider-cancellation, backup-aging, and anonymization process.
- You approve changes. The agent proposes; nothing touches your live listings or campaigns without your explicit approval in the dashboard.
- Beta honesty. This is a beta: numbers are computed from the data Amazon returns to us and gaps can exist while backfills run. Verify before making irreversible business decisions — the product is decision support, not accounting advice.
- Fair use. Don’t share your access key, probe other tenants, or use the service to break Amazon’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
